Usage of Paypal

Usage of Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking

We use the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”).

When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.

If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites.

The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Here, the customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Google Webfonts

This page uses so-called webfonts to display the font. These are provided by Google (http://www.google.com/webfonts/). To do this, your browser loads the required web font into your browser cache when you call up our page. This is necessary so that your browser can also display a visually improved representation of our texts. If your browser does not support this function, a standard font from your computer will be used for display.

Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq?hl=de-DE&csw=1

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. You can find more information on the handling of user data in YouTube’s privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Privacy policy for the use of Vimeo

Plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA are integrated on our website. Each time you visit a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the USA. Information about your visit and your IP address are stored there. By interacting with the Vimeo plugins (e.g. clicking the start button), this information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there.

If you have a Vimeo user account and do not want Vimeo to collect data about you via this website and link it to your membership data stored with Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting this website.

The privacy policy for Vimeo with more detailed information on the collection and use of your data by Vimeo can be found at http://vimeo.com/privacy.

In addition, Vimeo calls up the Google Analytics tracker via an iFrame in which the video is called up. This is Vimeo’s own tracking, to which we have no access. You can prevent tracking by Google Analytics by using the deactivation tools that Google offers for some internet browsers. Users can also prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and related to their use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:

Amendment of the data protection provisions

Our privacy policy may be amended at irregular intervals so that it complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services, e.g. when new offers are added. The new privacy policy will then automatically apply to your next visit.
